The Department of Mechatronics Engineering witnessed a thrilling intellectual showdown on 5th June 2025, as students from Second Year (SY) and Third Year (TY) classes came together for the Quiz Competition. With 30 teams entering the arena, the event kicked off with a rigorous screening exam, designed to test the breadth and depth of technical and Non-technical knowledge. From this pool, the top five scoring teams earned their place in the high-stakes final rounds.

Hosted with flair and enthusiasm by Anushka Shendage and Mujamilbeg Yusufbeg, the competition unfolded across a series of dynamic and challenging rounds:

• • Rapid Fire – testing reflexes and recall
• • Get It or Pass It – strategic decision-making under pressure
• • Preference Round – prioritizing wisely
• • Guess Me – decoding clues with precision Each round brought its own flavor of excitement, pushing teams to think fast, collaborate effectively, and stay sharp under pressure.

After a gripping battle of brains, the team of Saud Shah and Prajakta Majalekar emerged as the champions, demonstrating exceptional synergy and command over the subject matter. The runner-up title was claimed by Vighnesh Wayangankar and Pankaj Malap, whose performance was equally commendable and spirited.

This event wasn’t just about winning—it was a celebration of curiosity, camaraderie, and the vibrant intellect that defines Mechatronics Engineering.
