Ratnagiri: The E-Cell initiative under the National Entrepreneurship Challenge (NEC) at Loknete Shamrao Peje Government College of Engineering, Ratnagiri (LSPGCOER) successfully organized "EUREKA! 2026 – Campus Pitching Competition," part of IIT Bombay's National Entrepreneurship Challenge 2026. The event ran from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Chief Guests and Guidance: College Principal Dr. S. G. Akojwar and Innovation and Startup Cell (ISC) mentor Prof. V. S. Jadhav attended as chief guests. The Principal emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship to students and encouraged their innovative ideas.
Competition Format and Judges: A total of 15 teams participated in this campus round. Each team was given 3–5 minutes to pitch their idea, followed by 3–5 minutes of Q&A.
College faculty served as judges, including Prof. S. S. Kulkarni, Prof. Swati Bundile, Prof. Ashwini Khandekar, Prof. Devapriya Mohan, and Prof. Shreya Mandusakar, who provided valuable feedback and guidance to all participating teams.
E-Cell INNOVEX head Yash Sawant and all members/coordinators worked hard to make the event a success, with guidance from Prof. Nikhil Bhosale and Prof. C. R. Jadhav. The event saw an enthusiastic response from students and faculty.
